All-Inclusive Pre-Shoot

Checklist & Guidelines

To choreograph a photoshoot that's nothing short of a triumph, we prepare you with our exclusive checklist, meticulously curated to spotlight the essential do's and don'ts, along with other pivotal preparations. This isn't just a guide; it's your roadmap to being irresistibly camera-ready and primed to captivate.

  • Please be aware that all outfits and accessories are generously provided on a loan basis for the duration of your photo session. We kindly ask that you treat each item with the utmost care and respect it merits. Should you wish to purchase any of these exclusive pieces, you are welcome to do so.

  • Do not remove any attached tags or hygienic liners from garments. Any items with removed tags or liners will be considered purchased by you, and their cost will be added to your final invoice.

  • In the unfortunate event that any styling pieces suffer from damage—be it stains, perfume, or any other form of harm—you will be required to purchase the affected items. The cost will be added to your final balance.

  • Body Wax: Schedule your waxing 1-2 days before the shoot; avoid doing it on the day of the shoot to prevent skin irritation.

Hair: Arrive with clean, dry hair free of any styling products. Our professional make-up artist/hairstylist will handle all styling needs.

Face: Arrive with a clean face without make-up. Wash and apply your regular moisturizer.

Eyebrows: Ensure eyebrows are clean and well-shaped 1-2 days before the shoot.

Eyelashes: Keep eyelashes clean and natural, avoiding long, permanent, or semi-permanent fake lashes.

Body Skin: Use only unscented moisturizer; abstain from applying perfumes.

Deodorant: Choose a no-stain, unscented deodorant to avoid marks on the styling pieces.

Nails: Opt for a fresh, nude-colored manicure and pedicure. French manicures are not recommended. Sample photos will be sent to align with your outfit themes.

Footwear: Bring comfortable flat flip-flops for walking between various looks.

Hydration and Comfort: Always carry your own water and towel for personal use.

  • Pro Glam Makeup: Be aware that your makeup has been specifically created to complement your outfits and brand. While the application may feel more intense or appear darker than your everyday style, rest assured it's optimized for high-definition photography. When coupled with professional lighting, this specialized makeup will bring out your best features, rendering you extraordinary in the final images.

Longevity and Pigments: Your makeup is silicone airbrush-based, expertly designed to last between 8 to 12 hours, provided it is not washed off.

Do Not Self-Adjust: Please refrain from touching or attempting to adjust the makeup yourself, as such actions can compromise its quality and longevity and will make it more challenging to retouch.

Immediate Feedback is Key: If there's anything you're uncertain or unhappy about, it's crucial that you communicate your concerns to the makeup artist before she departs. Making adjustments yourself is strongly discouraged.

  • Abstain from using self-tanning creams or sprays, as they can result in an unnatural orange/brown hue that is uncorrectable in post-production. Opt for a professional tanning service at least three days before the shoot for optimal results.

  • Avoid crash diets leading up to the shoot. While you may aim to lose a few pounds, what's genuinely vital is your energy level, which impacts your posing and overall shoot experience. Energy, unlike weight, cannot be edited in post-production.

  • Prioritize being well-rested and well-nourished before your shoot. Lack of sleep or inadequate nourishment will deplete your energy and may be reflected in your facial expressions, which are irreplaceable in post-editing.

  • Wear loose-fitting clothes such as a sun dress that you can change out of easily to avoid any skin marks that might affect the quality of the final editing.

  • If your shoot occurs outdoors, particularly in popular locations like the Miami Design District, please be aware that photo shoots are commonplace. It's not unusual for passersby to stop and watch; consider this a compliment to the allure of your session. For a more secluded experience, aim for early morning hours between 7 a.m. and 10 a.m., when outdoor locations are typically less crowded.
