Photographer Identification
For the purpose of these terms and conditions, “The Photographer” refers to Paul Cobo, who operates under the trade names Sexy Lux Studio, SexyLuxStudio, or SLS.
Client Identification
“The Client” is defined as any individual, group, firm, or corporate entity entering into a contractual agreement with the Photographer for goods sold or services rendered.
Scope and Applicability
These terms and conditions govern any agreement—verbal or written—between the Photographer and the Client. They are considered an integral part of any contract established between the two parties.
Intellectual Property
All content, including images on this website, is the exclusive property of SexyLuxStudio and is protected under copyright law. Unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited.
Booking, Deposit, Payment
A non-refundable deposit is mandatory for securing a photo shoot. The session must be executed within 60 days of the deposit payment. Should you require an extension, please reach out to the Photographer for special arrangements. Note that the deposit is valid solely for the originally selected package. Package upgrades may be possible depending on availability; however, downgrades are not permitted. To reschedule, kindly notify the Photographer via email at least 14 days in advance. Cancellations or postponements within 13 days will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Balance is due on the day of the photoshoot.
Delivery and Editing
Your edited photographs will be digitally delivered within 15-21 business days. Unedited proofs are available for download. Additional edits may be requested at a fee of $35 per edit.
SLS Logo
Incorporation of the SLS logo or watermark is essential for branding and advertising. Optionally, logo-free edited images can be provided for an additional fee.
Quality Assurance
Please refrain from sharing or posting unedited or proof images, as they do not reflect the final quality represented by SexyLuxStudio or that we want to show of you.
Additional Charges
Editing fees are non-negotiable and non-refundable. Extra charges may apply for intricate tattoo removal or substantial body reshaping, contingent on the specific photo.
Wardrobe and Styling Guidelines
Handle all styling outfits and accessories with utmost care. Removal of tags or hygiene liners is permissible only if you intend to purchase the item. Any damages or non-compliance will incur the cost of the wardrobe.
Photo Files Storage
All your photograph files will be securely archived for a duration of six months. For long-term storage, we recommend utilizing a reputable cloud service like Dropbox.
SLS Gift Cards
Validity Period: Gift cards must be redeemed within 6 months from the date of purchase. If you need an extension, please feel free to discuss it with us for potential arrangements.
Non-Refundable Value: Our gift cards hold no cash value and cannot be partially redeemed. They're exclusively designed for a unique luxury photography experience.
Usage for Photoshoots: The value of the gift card is applicable to one photoshoot session only and can not be transfered. Once you choose to use your gift card, the total amount will be credited towards your next scheduled photoshoot with us.
Merchandise
Prints and posters are available but not included in any package. They can be purchased separately.
On-Set Conduct
Clients are responsible for ensuring that their guests behave appropriately during the photo session. Prior approval is required for additional attendees. Disruptive or unlawful behavior may lead to termination of the session, with fees applied as per these terms and conditions.

Prices and terms are subject to change without prior notice.
Copyright
All created images remain the property of the Photographer in accordance with U.S. copyright laws. Transfer of copyright to the Client can be negotiated for a separate, agreed-upon fee and becomes effective upon full payment.
By submitting a deposit for booking, you are hereby agreeing to these terms and conditions. SexyLuxStudio will not be held liable for any issues that may arise.
