Our booking and pre-shoot steps are tailored to ensure your photoshoot investment is as personalized and as effective as possible.

Please only secure your flights, hotels, or any other reservations after receiving your earliest available shoot date from us (see step 6 below) or after confirming a future shoot date with our team.

Scheduling & Deposit Details

Our photo shoots are typically scheduled from Monday to Thursday, and we try to avoid holidays and special events in Miami. To capture the most flattering natural light, we recommend outdoor shoots in the early morning, while indoor shoots are scheduled for the afternoon after check-in.

Kickstart your journey by securing your tentative shoot date and photo session package with a non-refundable deposit.

To keep your deposit in good standing, your shoot must take place within 60 days of the deposit payment unless both parties agree otherwise in writing.

Flexibility for package changes: Upgrades are possible with prior planning and availability—no downgrades after deposit.

Rescheduling Policy: If you need to reschedule, let us know at least 14 days before your shoot to keep your deposit. Last-minute changes within 13 days will forfeit the deposit.
