Please only secure your flights, hotels, or any other reservations after receiving your earliest available shoot date from us (see step 7 below) or after confirming a future shoot date with our team.

Step 1

The Pre-Shoot Questionnaire

To meticulously tailor your photoshoot experience, we invite you to complete our Pre-Shoot Questionnaire by clicking below. This isn't just a formality; it's a strategic exercise designed to delve deep into your business objectives and aesthetic preferences. By understanding your goals, we can craft images that don't just resonate but captivate your ideal clientele. Moreover, the questionnaire allows us to dissect the demographics of your target clients, ensuring that every frame we capture is aligned with their lifestyles, tastes, and desires. This is more than a photoshoot; it's a targeted branding mission.

Step 2

Package Selection & Deposit Payment

Choose the photo package that resonates with your brand's needs and objectives. Secure it with a deposit to lock in a tentative shoot date at least three weeks out.

Remember, only book your flights and accommodations after we've confirmed your shoot date after step 6.

Step 3

Share Inspirational Samples

To help us better understand your vision for the photoshoot, we kindly request that you email us 4-8 sample photos. Please visit our gallery pages and choose photos that align with your brand and style. Let us know what you appreciate about each image, whether it's the theme, attire, location, or pose. This will give us valuable insight into your preferences and enable us to create a photoshoot that truly reflects your vision..

Step 4

Body Measurements

To guarantee a tailored wardrobe that complements you perfectly, please complete our Body Measurements Form. You'll need a soft measuring tape, often referred to as a tailor's tape, for this step. Don't skip this. Click below to access the form.

If you don't have a soft measuring tape, you can easily purchase one from Target, Walmart, or Amazon. It's crucial to provide honest and accurate measurements to ensure a perfect fit for your wardrobe. Your precision in measurements will set the stage for a flawless look in your final edited images. So, make sure to take the measurements carefully and accurately.

Step 5

Curation of Your Vision

Based on the themes, your sample photos, and your responses to the questionnaire, the stylist will identify the perfect shoot locations tailored to your brand.

The stylist will dive into the latest fashion trends relevant to your shoot's themes. She'll craft a comprehensive mood board for you in 5 business days and send it for your approval.

The mood board will also feature optional premium add-ons to consider, such as designer accessories, room decor, and personalized flat lays, elevating your brand to new heights.

A mood board is your visual guide for the entire photoshoot experience. It meticulously outlines each outfit along with coordinating accessories, the chosen location, recommended hair and makeup styles, and even the ideal nail shape and color. Additionally, it includes a set of inspirational poses and a detailed schedule for the shoot day, ensuring everything runs smoothly and in alignment with your brand's vision.

Step 6

Approve Your Mood Board

Once you receive your tailored mood board, take some time to review it thoroughly. Upon approval, confirm the ensembles and any additional services you'd like to include. At this point, our stylist will start to assemble and order all the elements needed for each of your photo looks, ensuring a seamless and empowering shoot experience.

Step 7

Securing Your Elite Photoshoot Date

Upon finalizing your mood board and ordering all unique items, we'll pinpoint your earliest available shoot date. It's imperative that you hold off on confirming any flights, hotel stays, or additional reservations until we've furnished you with this pivotal date. This meticulous approach guarantees that every facet of your photoshoot is impeccably prepared and in position. Once you've verified your availability, we'll solidify your shoot date, setting the stage for an unparalleled experience.

Review Pre-Shoot Checklist

To set you up for an effortless and successful shoot day, we'll send you a detailed checklist outlining essential do's and don'ts, along with other preparations. This guide will ensure you're primed for the camera and ready to shine.

Scheduling & Deposit Details

Our photo shoots are typically scheduled from Monday to Thursday, and we try to avoid holidays and special events in Miami. To capture the most flattering natural light, we recommend outdoor shoots in the early morning, while indoor shoots are scheduled for the afternoon after check-in.

Kickstart your journey by securing your tentative shoot date and photo session package with a non-refundable deposit.

To keep your deposit in good standing, your shoot must occur within 60 days of the deposit payment unless both parties agree otherwise in writing.

Flexibility for package changes: Upgrades are possible with prior planning and availability—no downgrades after deposit.

Rescheduling Policy: If you need to reschedule, let us know at least 14 days before your shoot to keep your deposit. Last-minute changes within 13 days will forfeit the deposit.
